Unfortunately, The New Age is not yet. As much as we would have loved to end this turbulent year with a proper rave, HYTE NYE will not take place in 2021. The government has decided to no longer allow events like ours to take place. Given the current situation, we fully understand and support this difficult decision, although with great sadness. All ticket holders can of course keep their ticket and use it for a new date. On top of that, we would like to accommodate you and offer you a voucher to redeem another ticket in your category with a 50% discount. More info on how to do that will follow in the upcoming weeks. We are working on new dates and will share them with you as soon as possible. Alternatively, there is the possibility to get a 100% refund + 50% of the booking fee for the tickets you have already bought. Find more info in the FAQs.
To keep your ticket, head to your order in the “My Tickets” section on Resident Advisor and click “Keep Tickets”. Your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you would prefer a refund, there will also be a “Refund Tickets” button in your order history. Click this and a refund will be processed back into the bank account used to purchase your tickets. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to land in your account. You have 30 days to choose one of these options after which they will no longer be available, so your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
